Retail
Over the last 20 years our commitment to the retail sector has continued to expand. We have completed projects for well-known High Street retailers such as Primark, Boots and Argo, as well as some smaller store and interior design.

Residential
In addition to traditional residential design services we are experienced in developing master layouts for the development of speculative sites. Related services include self-build techniques, certification on behalf of lenders and inspection services.

Commercial and Industrial
Interior design services, space planning, landlord negotiations and fire plans are all aspects which we have provided to clients. A full commercial backup is available through one of our sister companies for property management and party wall awards.

Leisure
We have carried out a number of projects for the development of hotel and leisure facilities in England. Clients include the Cromwell House and Harpenden House hotels and a major extension to Millbrook Golf Club.

Community
Over the last few years we have carried out an increasing number of community projects including local healthcare and sports facilities, sometimes attached to existing schools.

Special Presentation Drawings
We welcome opportunities to create computer visualisations, 3d models or walkthroughs which can be particularly useful to retailers in negotiations with landlords or as an integral part of detailed planning applications.

Planning Applications
Clients benefit from good working relationships with local authorities both locally and across the UK. We will apply for Listed Building, Conservation Area and advertising consents where required. We can also advise on planning policy affecting rural areas and on works to Historic Buildings.

Contract Administration
Tender action, scope of works documents, site supervision and the preparation of ‘as built’ drawings are all typical services provided under JCT building contracts. We will automatically coordinate the parties involved, carry out regular inspections and answer queries from site.

Elevation Surveys
We produce accurate elevation drawings, either from measured floor plans or using the reflectorless capabilities of our Total Stations. The level of detail can range from simple opening outlines to a fully detailed and architecturally accurate representation.

Measured Building Surveys
Detailed and accurate Measured Building surveys can be provided to your specification for sites of any size.

Topographic Surveys
We produce highly accurate and detailed topographic survey drawings, aided by the latest in Total Station & GPS technology and efficient post processing software.
