Survey & Feasibility
3d Architects can help take the stress out of choosing a potential site, or building with our building and dimensional surveys. We will also help you develop and agree your project brief to maximise the potential of the project.
Outline Proposals
We have the expertise to help with outline proposals, from developing detailed building design and 3d presentations to establishing a retail design brief and merchandising concept design.
Detailed Proposals
Our expert knowledge eases the proposal process; we can liaise with other building professionals and seamlessly integrate their design work. We also benefit from experience and existing relationships when consulting with Local Authorities for planning and building regulation approval.
Analysis
Our retail planning team are experts in product placement and planogram layouts, they are able to offer guidance on shopfitting components and advise on cost estimates for the project. Our technical teams can also help with customised software to provide detailed analysis of the retail layouts.
Tender & Construction
At this stage we can provide a complete design package, including drawings, costs, visuals and walkthroughs for client agreement. We may also be involved in the tender / negotiation of the building contract with known suppliers and the subsequent management of the contractors.
Completion
Throughout the project and specifically at completion we monitor the quality of the project, we are also able to assist with on-going asset management, product management and planogram updates, as well as arranging any training necessary.
