Our client obtained a rarely available private plot in a heavily wooded band alongside a main road.
This was a self-build project with the client actively involved in the construction work. The gross internal area excluding the garage block is 271 sq m (2,924 sq feet). The accommodation is arranged in a central block with a separate garage and games room over. Construction commenced in April 2001 and Practical Completion was achieved in 2002.
