This project included the creation of a new bedroom block on the existing Cromwell hotel in Stevenage. The hotel is in the old part of Stevenage and this created a sensitive planning environment.
The project was procured on a design and build basis, however the client required a high level of detail in the client requirements package to ensure that their brief was met accurately.
