Project Pharmacy and Doctors Surgery

Our client, a local chain of pharmacies, negotiated with the neighbouring doctors’ surgery to provide extended pharmacy facilities and additional consulting rooms.
The positioning of the site on a hill meant that none of the floors of the three storey premises on the party wall lined through. 3d successfully overcame this potential issue, taking considerable care with the floor levels. Full compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act was also important and a new disabled platform lift was installed through 6 different floor levels as well as an inclined lift within the reworked pharmacy.
