Project Briggens House Hotel
A proposal for a three storey extension to adjoin the converted coach house of a trading hotel. The extension incorporated the addition of leisure facilities to include a swimming pool, gymnasium, spa, improved facilities for users of the golf course and additional bedrooms to the first and second floors.
