A separate company, Magenta Developments Limited, was set up by the then partners of 3d Architects to develop this plot which was purchased from Milton Keynes Development Corporation in 1990. The site is long and narrow and this constraint resulted in a relatively narrow frontage combined with an unusually deep plan.
