Project Extension at Old Farm Park
This project extended an existing residential property over the double garage to provide two new bedrooms and a second floor playroom. We also enlarged the existing dining room and bedrooms over. As the enlarged property is set on the site boundary, there were planning complications which had to be resolved and the resulting extension integrates cohesively as part of the enlarged property.
