David Audus Photo

Biography
David trained at Sheffield University, where he gained a Masters Degree in the Economics of Energy Conservation and also specialises in low energy design in buildings.

After University, David worked with a company specialising in low energy housing. He then moved into a mainstream architectural practice where projects included work on a major office building in Milton Keynes, and a new primary school in Brackley.


In 1987 David was a founding partner in 3d Architects and quickly started to attract work in the retail sector, aided by an early adoption of the new CAD technologies.

He has sucessfully delivered major projects in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin, and Cardiff, and runs a strong design team across many disciplines.


Steve Brown Photo

Biography
Steve completed degrees in Education at Exeter University, and Management Studies at Loughborough University prior to embarking upon a career which spanned sales, marketing and project management within the Gardline Group of companies.


In 2002 Steve was appointed to lead the team at C A Design Services, a Gardline subsidiary. Here his responsibility is managing the direction, growth and profitability of the company.

2009 saw Steve completing an MBA degree, together with his appointment as a Director of 3d Architects with a brief to add further support to the growth objectives of the 3D team.


Guy Moates Photo

Biography
Gaining initial experience in space planning and computer aided design in the early 90’s, Guy became a relocation specialist for Norwich Union (now Aviva), planning and project managing office relocations around the country.

In 1996 he joined C A Design Services (CADS) initially as training officer but soon in charge of selling AutoCAD software and hardware.


Following the acquisition of CADS by The Gardline Group in 2000, Guy identified huge potential for the company to enlarge its survey, retail and healthcare service offering.

In May 2002, he was promoted to the position of Director and continues to work with key clients today. Guy now works tightly with 3d Architects in developing mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
